Always a popular course, this class will introduce you to some new and exciting recipes for warming soups, stews and casseroles. At a time of year when we crave nutritious and comforting food, the course uses the best of what’s in season in January and shows you how to recreate the recipes in your own home. Recipes may include beef bourguinon, French onion soup, butternut squash & sage risotto, authentic cassolets and other mouth-watering Winter dishes.
