If you’re going to organise a barbecue you need to be prepared. Give yourself time to enjoy the day by doing as much as possible in advance. We’ll give you hints and tips for serving up a surprisingly versatile array of hot and cold foods. Make friends with your barbecue and be ready for when the sun shines! Although this course isn’t predominately a barbecue course as it encompasses all sorts of food, you will be able to get to grips with hands-on experience on our Weber charcoal and gas barbecues and let burnt food be a thing of the past! Open your eyes to the vast world of salads, warm and cold, encompassing fish, vegetables and marinated meats. Learn about
