There is something so invigorating about dining outside! Show your friends some added flair in your entertaining by mastering the art of cooking al fresco. This course will include the technique of how to properly use your barbecue, as well as a checklist of what needs to be prepared in advance, so the only things black in the BBQ are the coals! By popular demand this course will have an Asian theme, where students will have the opportunity to cook the majority of dishes outside, including fragrant curries, delicious naan bread and whole baked fish on the coals. As well as the main courses, students will be guided through the technique of marinating, and how to create delicious sauces and relishes.
