Everybody knows how they want their steak to be cooked; charred and glazed on the outside, with a juicy and tender centre. This hands-on day course will not only show you how to cook a steak to perfection (as well as how to cook steaks to your family and friends’ liking), but will also show you how to make delicious accompaniments and side dishes to recreate the perfect steakhouse at home. Once you learn the techniques of cooking times, resting the meat and correct seasoning you can wave goodbye to the days of overcooked, tough sirloins!
