Our kitchen was designed to have abundant natural light and stunning views of the Florence Court Mountains. An oil-fired Aga features strongly, as well as conventional gas and electric cookers. Workstations are designed for students to cook comfortably in pairs, and two units are adjustable in height to suit children (ages 8 and up) and wheelchair users.

The cookery school benefits from its location on a 470-acre country estate with a kitchen garden. Students work with lettuce, beetroot, basil, coriander, thyme, and mint grown on-site, as well as fresh eggs from our free-range chickens.
