Pak choi with oyster sauce
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 pak choi or bok choi
Olive oil
Oyster sauce
Method
- Divide the pak choi into quarters lengthways and make sure that
it is completely clean.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the pak choi, stirring
constantly. It will cook very quickly.
- The leaves should be wilted, whilst the stems remain slightly
crunchy.
Drizzle with oyster sauce and transfer to a serving plate. Eat at once. |
